About Carl's Driver Training
I hold both ACT and NSW government approved accreditation, so you can log 3 hours of driving on logbook for every 1 hour of driving lesson for the first 10 hours if you hold ACT or NSW learner plate.
I'm teaching AUTOMATIC car driving lessons in my 2024 Toyota Yaris Cross Urban Hybrid, 5 stars ANCAP rating with advanced safety features to ensure you and your children safe on road.
I provide logbook training in Canberra North Suburbs only, included City, Belconnen & Gungahlin areas, special requests required for Canberra south suburbs.
I speak and teach in both English and Chinese.
I'm experienced in: ACT & NSW Competencies Based Logbook Training & Assessment, overseas and interstate licence holder transfer to ACT, Gungahlin, Tuggeranong & Queanbeyan government driving tests, also test day car hire is available.

Regular 1 Hour Lesson - $90
Structured lessons covered all the competencies are required to be a confident and safe driver. You will be picked up from school, home or work, then we will have a plan based on your previous lessons or your suggestions. Carl aims to maximally mix all competencies teaching and assessing on each lesson, also Carl aim to have the every lesson in different areas and routes, so learn will get the most benefits. (Note: Every 1 instructor hour credits you 3 logbook hours for both ACT & NSW learners for the first 10 hours.)
Intensive 2 Hours Lesson - $165
Perfect for speeding up your competencies based training or refresher teaching on all driving and safety skills. Carl strongly suggest every learner to try this 2-hours session, so we can teach, assess and experience in the unfamiliar town centres normally we can't reach in one hour lesson, like Gungahlin, Belconnen, City, Kingston, Manuka, Fyshwick, Woden and Tuggeranong. Learners will definitely learn something new, find their weakness and also build their confidence to drive in unfamiliar road in the future.
10 Hours Prepaid - $850
Small discount is offered for learners prepay 10 hours of lesson. Book your first hour of lesson now, Carl will message you the link to book next Prepaid one or two hours lessons.
(Please note payment is required at end of first lesson, also it is NOT a promise of getting your licence in 10 hours of lesson, extra lessons may be needed. If you learned well or change of mind, unused hours are refundable.
